This is a vintage or antique Spong & Co Ltd No.2 cast iron coffee grinder that was made in England. The grinder is designed to be either wall mounted using three screws or attached to a table top using the clamp on the base. It comes with a removable metal collection tray for the ground coffee. The grinder shows signs of age as the paint has come away in places and there are patches of rust. Despite this, all of the components still move and function properly. This coffee grinder is very good in excellent vintage condition. All moving parts working at their best, no chips or wood loss on the handle. All the gold accenting is still on the mill and white paint still exists inside of the grinder. This coffee grinder has a very unique and good appeal to it as well, and would be a great display piece or a really fantastic grinder
